About Sitting Room

Sitting Room operates an online furniture and home-living store from 1511 N Jay St, Kokomo, IN 46901, USA. References to “Sitting Room,” “we,” “us” or “our” refer to the store operating sittingroom.shop.

Website use

You may use this website only for lawful personal or household shopping purposes. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your location to place an order.

We may update, suspend or discontinue features without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free access.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to describe furniture and home-living products accurately. Measurements may include ordinary manufacturing tolerances.

Wood grain, fabric texture, stitching, finish, pattern and color may vary. Screens and lighting may affect color appearance. Props shown in lifestyle images are not included unless the product description says otherwise.

Before ordering, review product dimensions, packaged dimensions, doorway clearance, weight limits, materials, care requirements and included components.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We may reject, limit or cancel an order because of inventory errors, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, supplier issues or another legitimate reason.

If payment was captured for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Applicable taxes, shipping, freight, assembly and optional delivery services may be additional.

By placing an order, you authorize Sitting Room and the payment provider presented at checkout to charge the displayed total. Promotions are subject to their stated conditions and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

Availability and backorders

Inventory information may change before fulfillment. If a product becomes unavailable or significantly delayed, we may offer the option to accept a revised timeframe, select an available alternative or cancel the affected unshipped product for a refund.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and ensure the delivery location can safely accommodate the product.

Freight delivery, stair carries, assembly, packaging removal and room placement are included only when expressly stated in the purchased service.

Inspection, assembly and safe use

Inspect products and hardware before assembly or use. Follow all manufacturer instructions, warnings, weight limits, anchoring guidance and care requirements.

Stop using a product that appears damaged, unstable or unsafe and contact us. Wall anchoring, professional assembly or two-person lifting may be necessary for certain furniture.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, refunds, damage claims, exchanges and cancellations are governed by the Sitting Room Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.

Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful and non-infringing.

You grant Sitting Room a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt and display that content for store operations and marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may remove content that violates these terms.

Intellectual property

The Sitting Room name, website design, text, graphics, photographs and other content are owned by or licensed to Sitting Room and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, sell, scrape, modify, distribute or commercially exploit website content without written permission.
